How it Works:
-This program allows you to join in on as many classes per week as you'd like for 30 days, to help reach and surpass your goals as quickly and safely as possible.
-Your 30 days can start at any time, on any day of the week.
-Classes consist of SMALL group personal training, typically 1 to 8 members working alongside one another, and always under the coaching, training, attention, and supervision of a trainer.
-Each class is a maximum of 1 hour long, includes warm-up time, at least one workout, and often an additional strength or skill training portion.
-Our schedule ranges from 5:30am to 9pm on weekdays, and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays.
-Upon request, coaches are more than happy to help with nutritional advise, food planning, etc., to ensure maximum results.
-Membership includes access to Wodify, an easy to use software that tracks progress, workouts completed, attendance, and even serves as an optional food journal.
