FREE On Ramp Class:

1214 CrossFit's FREE On Ramp class is a required 2-part class, designed to familiarize you with CrossFit in general as well as how we run classes here at 1214 CrossFit.

Some of the movements and content that may be covered in this class are:

-The Strict Press, Push Press, & Push Jerk

-The Air Squat & Front Squat

-The Deadlift, the Kettlebell Swing, and Clean

-The Pullup

-The definition of 'Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movement'

-At  1214 CrossFit, we offer multiple membership options so that you can find a program that works perfectly for your schedule and fitness goals!


All classes are taught by a qualified CrossFit Trainer, and typically

consist of groups of up to only 6 individuals per class.

Bronze Membership-$110per month-

This membership includes 2 pre-scheduled classes each week.

-Silver Membership-$130 per month-

SPECIAL SALE PRICE! -$105 per month-

This membership provides the member with the opportunity to attend 3 pre-scheduled classes each week.

-Gold Membership-$145 per month

SPECIAL SALE PRICE! -$115 per month-

Our most inclusive membership is the Gold Membership, which provides access to an unlimited number of classes per week, and is the only option to provide unlimited access to any and all open gym times. This membership also allows athletes to compete in any local competitions hosted by 1214 CrossFit, FREE OF CHARGE.
